My husband introduced me to this hidden gem from his childhood, and it didn’t disappoint. This cute diner offers friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and the first bite exceeded my expectations. The waffle was good, and the chicken tenders were crispy, flaky, and delicious. My husband had the western omelet, which surprised him with sautéed veggies and a delectable gravy topping. The American fries were also excellent. If you’re passing through Wyoming, this place is a must-visit!

My first experience here was fantastic. This charming diner on Burton Street offers very friendly staff and a family-like atmosphere. I ordered the Steak Deluxe Hashbrowns with a stack of Chocolate chip pancakes and a tasty cup of coffee. I’ll definitely be coming back for more of their great breakfast. We visited because of a review that I had seen from another poster. Absolutely fantastic the food was prepared way beyond my expectations the amount of food that we received was incredible an absolute must try!!! I need to go back! there are so many things on the menu that I want to try. Definitely an awesome place to go!

I arrived at the diner around 12:30 for lunch, and I was promptly seated. My server wasted no time in providing me with a menu and taking my drink order. When she returned with my beverage, I decided to order the Hot Beef Sandwich paired with creamy mashed potatoes. Shortly after, my meal arrived, and it looked absolutely appetizing. The beef sandwich was generously smothered in a luscious beef gravy, while the center of the plate showcased a mound of velvety mashed potatoes. The beef was exceptionally tender and packed with flavor, and the creamy gravy complemented the hearty mashed potatoes perfectly. The overall dining experience was highly satisfying, and I felt that I received great value for my money. The service was also commendable. This charming diner exudes a fantastic vibe, and I’m definitely planning to return.

If you find yourself in Wyoming, MI, don’t miss the chance to kickstart your day at Shelley’s Kitchen for either breakfast or lunch. Our group of bikers made a pit stop here before hitting the road, and we were warmly greeted by the friendly waitstaff, each of them sporting a welcoming smile. To top it off, Shelley herself emerged from the kitchen to personally extend her welcome. But let’s talk about the food! It was a gastronomic delight! My husband and I shared the special ham hash brown casserole served with two eggs and homemade toast. And the pièce de résistance was their homemade hot sauce, a creamy and savory delight! On the sweet side, we also split a Monte Cristo that was simply divine. Made with Texas toast-style French toast, it enclosed creamy Swiss cheese and smoky ham and came with a delectable fresh strawberry sauce for dipping. Yum! This diner offers a warm and inviting atmosphere along with scrumptious food. Make sure to pay it a visit when you’re in town!
